Conference Speaking Opportunites

Delegates are given preference in delivering papers, however, Observers are also invited to advise the Conference secretariat of any specific topics under the theme on which they would like to deliver a paper.

An abstract of less than 300 words should be submitted by Friday, 24 September 2021 relevant to the conference themes.  '

The abstract will be published on the Conference website once the paper has been accepted by the Secretariat, with presenters notified of acceptance or otherwise by Friday, 1 October 2021.

Presentations are usually 15 – 20 minutes depending on the number of presenters per session.  Following most presentations, time will be allocated for a Q & A session and general discussion.  It is anticipated that presenters will speak to their paper rather than read them.

Presentations and papers must be submitted by Friday, 15 October 2021 and papers will be published on the Conference website after the presentation has taken place.
